We provide a spectrum of services that guide our clients from initial skill assessment all the way to long-term career advancement. By focusing on both technical skills and soft skill development, we prepare our clients for the realities of the modern workplace.
Supported Employment (Personalized Matching)
This is at the core of what we do. We don't just look for "any" job; we look for the *right* job. This involves:
- Vocational Assessment: Identifying interests, skills, and potential growth areas.
- Job Development: Leveraging our network of inclusive employers to find fitting roles.
- On-site Coaching: Providing hands-on assistance during the initial weeks of employment.
Follow-Along Services
We believe in sustained success. Our follow-along services are designed to address any challenges that arise after the initial placement. We provide quarterly check-ins and are available for immediate consultation if job duties change or if additional training is required.
Employer Advocacy
We work closely with employers to ensure they have the tools and understanding needed to support an inclusive workforce. This includes education on reasonable accommodations and fostering a culture of accessibility.

Our Supported Employment Services are geared towards helping individuals not only find work, but find work they want to do regardless of how significant their disability.

Follow-Along Services
Phase Two of our job placement strategy is our Follow Along Service. After we have assisted you in finding a job that meets your requirements, we continue to provide support.

Micro-Enterprise Development
If you are unable to work in a traditional job due to your disability, or prefer working independently, we provide assistance for microenterprise development.
We assist with researching ideas, developing business plans, marketing ideas, management training, and finding funding.
